Our actions, motions, gestures, countenance, the figure of the body, they all expose us to the outside world. How much do one’s appearance and gestures affect the sight and imagination of another? The genuineness of figures and shapes is what makes a body gentle and sociable. It becomes an imitating point.
The fascination of the body is referenced in PULSE Studio spring-summer ’19 collection, where organic shapes blend with a modern flair on signature silhouettes.
To evoke the subtle sense of allure, the designer used smooth shapes and sensual fabrics, such as sequined tulle, delicate embroidery, wispy ruffles, and sheer diaphanous pleats.
The colour palette is charming, progressing backward from black tones, through shades of turquoise, pink and lilac, and reaching the luminous attribute of white.
